Habitat Home Application Process

 

             WRHFH is now accepting applicants for homes to be built in 2005. To receive an application to build a house, please call WRHFH at 715-349-7477.

Criteria for choosing partner families are: need for adequate housing; willingness to partner with Habitat; and the ability to make mortgage payments.

             WRHFH works with families whose incomes are between 25% and 50% of the county median family income, who cannot obtain conventional home loans, and whose present housing is inadequate. They must have resided in our service area for at least one year. Partner families put in at least 300 hours working on their homes during construction.
